the SP2 sounds like shiet.. i cant stand to drive my car anymore. its embarassing. maybe because of the test pipe i had made for it. high flow cat make the rhaspy, and popping sound go away?? it sounds really ricey. very dissapointing.

::shakes head:: GReddy is no where near quality than apexi. My buddy has an sp on his 200sx, it sounds really throaty but he also has a different engine. Sorry but hondas are really raspy to begin with. Check for an exhaust leak somewhere, it shouldnt be raspy. Do this: Get the car on jackstands, get a friend to put thier hand over the muffler and if you find any air coming out of the exhaust system, bam you have a leak...might help you out...

you know, 2 days since i've had the exhaust on. it doesnt seem so bad anymore. maybe since it has some carbon build up. i think the rhaspy noise is only because there is no cat. other than that, now that i really think about it, it is pretty deep toned. i kind of like it. once you get over 5k rpm's, it really gets quiet. unlike the apexi, which i find very annoying. i dunno, the sp2 is growing on me!

exhausts will sound raspier without a cat. i think greddy has one of the more deeper mellower tones out there.
