i have a b18c1 motor in a del sol, but it boggs at low rpm's and when you floor the gas pedal , at idle it sounds like it skips but i have replaced wires, plugs, fuel filter , cat , cap and rotor , WHAT CAN IT BE,
MOTOR IS A 99, WITH 44,000 MILES ON IT

Run some injector cleaner thur your system your injectors my be cloged.

Check your plugs to see if your getting to much fuel.

It could be that your IAB's aren't wired properly, that would cause it to bog down.

Yeah i would also check your fuel system... could you install an air/fuel gauge.. always a usefull tool.

I'm with Lacuna, those are symptoms for too much fuel. Do a test on the fuel pressure regulator. I think for any B series it should be right around 38psi.

And for an air/fuel gauge... I have one and I'm not impressed. I even bought an analog one because everyone had said the digital styles were just annoying light shows and mine is still is innacurate. I had a huge vaccum leak and the engine was running extremely rich to compensate but the gauge never knew it. It still says the same thing. Wideband 02's are the only way to go.
