i live in MD and they put me on rollers last year when i went.

If you have a '96 or newer car in MD, they don't do the treadmill test anymore. They hook up their scanner to your computer & check for a CEL.

So.... If you don't have a Check Engine Light at all ?? it doesn't matter about the emissions or would the 2nd O2 sensor catch the readings .. OR just bypass it.
