Having a 95 civic coupe ex crying out for this motor Im getting curious about a few things.

1. what will not adapt to what I have now with my d16??
such as...exhaust manifold, shifting linkage, axle shafts, powersteering, AC, radiator hoses and RADIATOR, wiring.

2. I have an auto, so how much more should the 5spd tranny conversion run me? with all components....

Im not asking for an exact figure but I am asking just for a ballpark figure....aside from the motor and tranny itself..

I am a newb when It comes to under the hood, I am more of an exterior guy but I am now complete outside so please help me out under the hood everyone.

1) exhuast from at least the cat to the tail will work (you might wanna get a less restrictive one if you dont already have one.. axles- no powerstering yes but not the bracket to hold the pump to the block. radiator yes hoses maybe not a big deal if not their like 10 bucks. wiring technically yes worth the hassle? hell no buy a harness if you have a obd2 motor if not the wiring you have should work

2) no clue never done one.. you'll need to run all the hydo lines clutch pedal no clue on that one.. mike?

Auto to manual conversion? Dunno. I was charged $500 on top of the swap, but that was on top of the swap labor. Quite a few shops that are willing to do auto to manual conversions will charge you $1000 plus parts to do the conversion alone.

well considering the prices of stock tranny overhauls, and rebuilds which can reach almost 2k, Having the conversion is ALOT cheaper than I expected.. Thanks
