my manual windows are really hard to roll up by hand. Is there something i could do to roll up more freelly??

try taking the door panel off, and then lubing it with grease. make sure that its compatable with what youre doing. all that holds the doors is screws in behind the handle, some in the holder on the armrest, behind the speaker grille, and then the clips usually

I believe you want to use a silicone grease. Civic windows are hard to move on most 5th gens.
