I plan on buying it. But, I just need advice on what to do with the darn motor. Like I said before, it will end up being a trailer queen, so I don't know if I need to swap it or rebuild it. I really don't even know where to start and was hoping for some more replies to this message by the time I picked it up so I could figure out where to take it.
Where do I find another motor? I guess I might as well swap it since I will have the motor removed anyways to get the car painted. |

Sorry about the back-to-back posts but I just found out that the piston is stuck on this motor. Which pretty much tells me the motor is toast. I'm hoping the mechanic is wrong but, if he isn't, where can I get a cheap replacement motor in the KC area and would the swap be something I can do in my garage?
Someone said Rich Industries? |

finding a replacement engine shouldnt be a problem. You should be able to get a KC for a couple hundred dollars.

I found a b16a motor for my HF. My next question is will this mount right up to the HF Transmission without any other mods?
