smog is only in CA i believe. I dont have one on my car.

Lots of states do smog testing now.

to my knowlegde a lot of honda/acuras have em. even my old 91 hatch had one. it was the reason i couldnt pass emissions. im positive gm's have em cuz my dad was a mechanic for them for the lasst 15 years and he always tells me about how thier one new suv has problems with em. im not so sure about fords. thats ur dept--->nstygrnhatch
