Every time I shift from 2nd to 3rd i grind, but from 4th to 3dr no grinding! Any ideas?

Hows it going. My car grinded from 2nd to 3rd, and i was told to check the tranny fluid. http://www.civicland.com/forums/inde...showtopic=5234
