Whats The First Thing I Should Do?

before i start racing or anything what should i do to a 98 Civic Hatch CX stock, any suggestions

First off read local laws and the consequences that follow.. Also board rules.. not promoting streetracing.

But the ideal mods for a newb to hondas would be, Springs, strut braces, and maybe an intake and exhaust.

These are the basics. Stick around for a while, post, read etc... and you will learn much much more. We cant tell you how to mod your car, but we can assist you.
