will the sohc vtec head go on a cx motor? i know this is a dumb ass question but i have to ask it regardless

yup might as well just swap in the z6 motor for what your gonna pay in parts for the head swap.

no i think the best single cam is a a6 bottom end... with a y8 head.. if you read more about single cam vtec.. the ports on the intake manifold are bigger.. than a d15b or z6.. if i'm wrong.. then.. let me know.

I've done b7 and a6 both with z6 heads They both run extremely well when the timing is right just make sure you have the right timing belt.I believe the ones I used had 103 teeth.And get a adjustable cam gear. |
