The clip has a manual transmission. So I understand I have to buy the hasport motor mounts. Are these the right ones? Also you say I will have to cut a hole in the firewall for the shift linkage? You said my automatic ECU won't read the manual engine, well i'm getting the clip, that comes with the ecu...no? That's what it said...lol Also this engine is the Gen2 from 92-95 so that means it's OBD1 right? and my car is 2000, OBD2 right? I read an article on how to rewire it, but is there any adapters you know of that make it easier. I'm just looking for the cleanest swap possible, you know...just trying to get as much info as i can. We are ordering the engine tonight, cuz no matter what that engine is going in there..hah

you do not need HAsport mount, you can use 99-00 SI mounts/brackets or 94-01 integra mounts/brackets.
You need the rear "T" mount driver side mount and front tranny mount. The front tranny mount should come with your swap and should be able to be used on the new car. |
