I need a new battery and all my friends keep pushin the yellow optima but when i asked my mechanic he said that its not worth it so now im confused. what is the best battery i can get for a 93 civic EX ? (i also need to push one L7 Kicker 10")

i have a yellowtop just because it cant leak and they last twice as long as a traditional battery. plus we get some pretty cold winters up here so i just made the decision on the yellowtop. it works good but they are pretty overpriced. i like mine but unless ur gonna do serious audio shit or need to mount the battery upside down u dont need a optima.

Your not pushing enough bass to even need an optima. Just go for any battery with a decent warranty.

Hell, I got my DieHard All weather battery or whatever for $60 w/ the warranty.
