well the thing is, to install the BOV into a 99' ex,would u have to weld it into the piping of the Greddy turbo kit(not sure what pipe)? how would i weld the BOV into the pipe?

i also saw an adapter pipe for the BOV, would i have to cut the turbo piping inorder to weld them together?





by ne chance would u kno how much it would cost for the welding at a shop?

please help me out!!! sorry, i kno it might be nubish of me to ask these things xD

There's a flange that needs to be welded into the charge piping, then you bolt the BOV to that.

Like he said there is a flange included in the greddy kit. A Friend of mine had one and we had to weld the flange to a small pipe, than take that and weld it to the intercooler piping going to the throtle body. Hopefull since it is a Greddy kit you won't have to do that. Not sure on cost. If they have to do everything, I would expect to be charged for several hours of labor.

i purchased a greddy intercooler kit for my 240sx and it didnt come with the adapter for the blow off valve. i had to buy that seperatly and then had to have it welded it on.

luckily my neighbor is a welder. he did it in his garage, lol.

That's odd, the one my buddy ordered for his eclipse came with one. It wasn't stainless though so I ended up having one made. I'm lucky I still know people from when I welded.
