for the most part arent almost all centercaps on honda/acura wheels interchangeable

yup...
and FYI accord prelude and oddessy center caps are all interchangeable...however they will not fit any Integra, or Civic wheels. ALSO Civic Si centercaps fit in the hole on Rota and Enkei wheels.
