well its come to the header in the quest to mod my 98 civic ex. I have a custom exhaust right now, excluding the cat. converter. I've been askin people, and reading others opinions on headers. Id like to see what you guys think. Which header manufacturer makes the best preforming header. Thanks for you time fellas.

dc sports.... heard they have good shit when it comes to headers. i would trust most of the major exhuast manufacturars. like greddy and apexi. but i dont know off hand i still have my stock exhuast manifold. also look on what u want a 4 into 1 wich is for more high end power. or 4 2 into 1 wich is more for low end....

THE best?

Hytech
SMSP
Bisimoto
AN-R

DC Sports is decent (I've had 3, not bad), but they're not spectacular in the least. A DC is a good average header- it's damn good for the money, but there is much better out there.

Yeah i've heard good things about DC headers, but most people on the civic forums condem them. Guess ill have to do some more head-splitting internet shoppin.
