what up guys....i'm sure this question has been asked a million times but' just wondering why i get black smoke whenevr i hammer on the gas? my back bumper gets pretty dirty after a few weeks. whats the cause and can it be fixed and how ... thanks guys.

yea ur def running rich as a mofo, is ur check engine light on. how many miles do u have?

ok the smoke is deffinitly not blue. garenteed its running rich. my car has 195,000 klms. the smoke is deffinetly BLACK. ok i'll try checkin out my ignition and everything else that follows that. thanks guys

do a tune up, u got a lot of miles, so im sure some new plugs, a new rotor and cap, and a fuel and air filter can help out a bit, also check out ur timing, u might need a timing belt and water pump

water pump and timing belt can affect exhaust color?? if thats true please some one let me know!

i dont think its got anything to do with color but maybe the efficiency of your car and if its working properly that determines if your exhaust is comin out healthy or not.
