Hey...I have a '98 Civic HX and was thinking about putting a turbo kit in it. If I were to go turbo, would there be any way to pass emissions after getting it installed?

im not sure but i dont think there is even a bolt on kit for a HX motor

In states/counties with emissions testing, you might have problems with the visual inspection (definitely in California), but if you tune the car correctly, you can still pass the sniffer test without any problems.
