i am currently shopping around for an entire exhaust system. i would like to see some dyno results for components on the k20a3, but can only find stuff on the b16. i live in indiana where we don't have to worry much about noise violations or exhaust inspections. so i can pretty much run anything. if anyone has any info for this motor please help out. i would like a deep sound not too loud. i plan on a supercharger in the future, so i would like something that will work good n/a and boosted.

If you're a moron, look at Mugen and Spoon.

Comptech is decent, as are Apex'i, Tanabe and HKS- but I would stick to a Greddy system. They're very high quality, usually the quietest compared to other major aftermarket brands, and they're priced very attractively too. The Evo line models are very good.

i can't have welds breaking. granted i work with the best welder i have ever seen, but i dont want to worry about asking for his help. i want to know mainly about the headers. i want to run a uego sensor so that i can constantly monitor my air/fuel mixture. so i have baisicly decided against a race only header. i would like to run with a high flow cat, but don't want to spend a life savings on a full system.

from what i hear, and i think resistance98ex said it a lil while back, when u run a wideband all the time, like the uego, they go bad rather fast compared to a regular 02 sensor. i wanted to run one also, but after i heard this i had second thoughts

spoon, mugen etc.. is too rich for most peoples blood. I love my greddy exhaust though. Its about the only expensive performance bolt on for my car.

K-teller exhaust = #1 in my opinion...stainless pipe...easy assembly if you have a welder, or knowone...and prolly the best sounding...they use magnaflow mufflers that dont burn out...and are def. cheaper than most of those big name exhaust systems.
