what do you mean fit together? like fit out the back hole in the bumber?.

if you get the exhaust for your car, and the body kit for your car, then the exhaust should fit out the back. If you get something strange like a dual exhaust then the bumber needs to have two holes....

Actually if he gets a true Bomex kit, not a cheap replica, it should fit rather nicely, and i really do like the Bomex kits they make for a 5th gen. I almost bought one for my hatch, id do it.

Real Bomex kits are nice. I don't like how it looks on the 5th gen civic though. I almost bought one for the 300ZX.

The sideskirts and the rear look ok, but I don't like the Big Mouth I, or II front bumpers. The front underspoiler looks alright...I guess. I would much rather go with a VIS carbon fiber lip.

there are few kits that I like... ones are: 1. cwest 2. bomex 3. chargespeed I say get it if you want. But chances are if the whole kit costs less than $500 you are probably going to have fitment issues. but if you get a shop to install it you should be straight.
