I bought some one piece project halo headlamp assemblies for a 93 hatch and want to make sure if I have to remove the front bumper to install them. I started the project last night and seems the dont just slide right in LOL.

Trying to get them to bolt in and the headlamp assembly catches on the fenders when trying to line up the bott holes. The old headlamps were 2 piece, one headlmap then the side marker vs these which are one piece design. Hope that was what you were asking. As far as the wiring, pretty sure the halo power comes from the park lamp circuitry, so got that pretty much covered.

From what I see when putting these new one piece headlamps in, it seems the front bumper and possibly the fender have to be removed in order to get them to bolt in the factory holes.

just take off the front bumper....it takes about 3 seconds. i would imagine you have to anyway

yes, you have to take off the front bumper. there are the 5 screws on the top of the bumper, 1-2 on the bottom side that are ten mill, and the screws that connect the bumper to the fender, and its off.

Take off the bumper. There are two screws that will be a bitch to take off if you don't. It should be pretty easy once you take it off.
