Just registered the car today but alas no bolts to secure tags to front/back of '92 Civic. Does anyone know the size of the bolts (diameter and length please). It's freezing out tonight and this Newbie's Dad too lazy to keep trying different sizes. I'd like to purchasing some stainless steel bolts tomorrow.

Thanks again for your help.

8 x 1.25 is the correct size. It will have a 12mm head but the actual bolt should be 8mm with 1.25 thread pitch

Oddly enough, the rear was 6mm. I had some nylon screws which I was able to cut down. The front baffles me as I make a seperate post.
