Can't Open Hood - Latch Is Engaged! Please Help Asap

No tension on release lever. With a drop light you can see that the left (passenger) side bolt is missing.
There is enough room to insert a 1/4" breaker bar with socket. I assume bolt is 10mm (Am I correct?) How many bolts hold in the hood latch to the frame? Hopefully the answer is two. Please let me know. Newbie Dad

i believe there is 5 bolts.

Yes I believe it is 5. I have had to help a friend with his when that has happend and he had snapped off bolts.
