I'm getting a GSR swap soon on my 99 civic SI(EX).
What do you guys recommend in terms of GAS. Do you always have to put high octane gas in these engines? I heard honda DOHC engines don't do well with regular dont know if it's true. |

use regular, no point in using good gas unless you have high compression or some type of FI.

$3500 for the full swap installed is a good deal. is he including the b series mounts? you know your not going to be able to keep you AC with out a mount from a DOHC delsol right? HAsport sells them for 165 plus shipping. If you need it let me know i can get it for you for like $110 shipped brnad new.

If mounts aren't coming with it, your going to need the front tranny bracket, the rear T bracket and the driver sidebracket, And the AC mount if you want to keep AC,
