when you installed the tps, did you set it to the correct voltage? inbetween .05 and .06 is where it needs to be at idle.

Is it idleing smoothly just high? if so theres an idle adjustment screw on the throttle body right abover the inlet, adjusting this screw will raise and lower the rpms at which the car idles.

If it doesn't have a smooth idle, we'll have to troubleshoot from there.
