i have a 94 honda civic ex.i recently replaced my tps because the car was idling up and down.it is now idling too high. does anyone have any suggestions

Is it idleing smoothly just high? if so theres an idle adjustment screw on the throttle body right abover the inlet, adjusting this screw will raise and lower the rpms at which the car idles.
