well...you have a few options. Stock heads on forced induction have been known to go over 500hp...however on an na motor, head work is critical. Your gunna need an experienced porter if you wanna make good power. Match intake manifold to the head, and the intake manifold to the tb and youll have the straightest flow possible. Your gunna need a good header, i recommend the ANR street header, just make sure if your gunna hook an exhaust on it, put a brace from the header to the block. When i have more time ill get more into the na setup with you...or be a little more specific, like how much power you wanna make and the such, and ill let you know.

Yeah, we need to start with your power goals first, and how much money you want to spend. A GOOD port job is going to cost you.

300hp all motor...save your lunch money and be prepared to run the motor on methanol. Leslie durst, first all motor b series into the 9;s...316hp methanol 2,2 liter b series. Not a street motor by anymeans. go for 200hp trust me...you can make that and still keep the motor streetable.

Yeah, I'd shoot for 200-225 whp for a decent all motor setup that's streetable. If you want more, go boosted or nitrous.

good port job...type r header, A reallly aggressive set of cams...id say like RM m22's or skunk2 pro2 cams. An Edelbrock intake manifold. throttle body. about 12.5:1 to about 13:1 compression. springs and retainers, not skunk2's, theyre known to give out under high rpm, and your gunna need to rev the motor pretty high, id say about 9500 at least. theres prolly some im missing...but im sure someone here can chime in.

I'd go with an 84+ mm bore. If you don't want to have to pay for sleeving, just get a B20 block. I don't think I'd go quite that high on compression unless you can get your hands on high octane pump gas, or have a really good EMS and tuner.

But definitely higher than stock compression by a decent amount....I'd go to 12:1 max for a street car (can go higher if you have a good tuner), high revved, big cammed, ported, etc. I'd also recommend an LSD (or an R tranny) and a lightweight flywheel. The LSD will help a lot with traction, and the flywheel will greatly improve acceleration.

haha thats weird...generally its you telling people to be more aggressive on the streets and me telling them to be more restrained..lol well weve tuned a couple cars on pump gas to a little over 200hp, one was actually at 13:1 lol Guy was brave...we just had to take out timing.
