Thumbs up

I'm new here and pretty new to the custom car scene. I have a few questions if anyone can help. I've read quite a few of the old posts but couldnt find much of what I was looking for. First I have an LX. I'm lookin for an exhaust but really dont know much about the brands out there. Performance isnt a huge deal to me, its nice but I wont be racing or anything. I'm looking mostly for something that sounds good, not too loud, and preferably not too expensive, any guidance is appreciated. Second I'm looking for a suspension set up thats good. Hopefully one that is all inclusive with shocks and coil overs in one set so I dont have to worry about mixing and matching. Again I dont know much about it. Thanks in advance for the help.

i ran a tanabe hyper medallion cat back on my civic and it had a nice deep sound, none of that raspy sounding crap like theres bees in a can in ur exhaust. how much do you want to spend on suspension?

i've heard lots of very good things from other folks out there about the Apex'i WSII exhaust. when i first got my car, i went to the local exhaust shop and told them what i wanted, and they fabbed up a kit for me...so right now i am running 2.25" piping w/ a magnaflow muffler. and mind you, the exhaust shop i went to did an awesome job..not the usual crappy exhaust shop job. price came up to just under $200 and i got a lifetime warranty too. that's prolly the cheapest way to go, just beware because most exhaust shops do a horrible job, i just got lucky. always remember the saying, you get what you pay for...except in my case lol just shop around, and compare prices and quality...do some research on the companies you're interested in and see what their history is. read the car magazines too, they can help out a little. good luck, and happy shopping.
