Can anyone help please!

hey all....I am having a check engine light issue with my 1993 honda civic. I keep getting code 43 "fuel system supply" error and then my car start to idle slower, might stall, and might not start again unless I let it sit for awhile.

Can anyone point me in the right direction..?
I have already replaced the distributor, oxygen sensor and have substituted another PGM -FI relay from another honda civic but the problem continues to occur.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
