what engine?...
Yeah I just got a 1991 civic hatch DX and decided I wanted to give it more power. This will b the first car I've ever put aftermarket parts in, and I'm gunna need some help. I want to start with an engine swap, any suggestions?

I'd suggest either a b16 or b18. You need to get a cable transmission, and motor mounts. Try searching/looking around for swaps and you'll find more information.
