Hey, I've been gone for just over a year, wanted to go to that get-together in Maryland then all hell broke loose. We were given a transfer to Fl from RI and four weeks to buy-sell-buy houses. Once we got here the damn hurricanes hit. We're in Polk County and were directly hit by 3 out of 4. Anyways things are finally settling down and I'm happy to be back and of any help I can.
