whats JDM on your car, I ask only because of your name?
Swapping a B18c1 would be ideal for some nice power right off the bat. Im not too find of tucked 18's, fiberglass, and kits, and RWD on a civic.. and all that stuff. But welcome to the site, stick around. Have fun |

my only thoughts are if you are going to do a RWD conversion just go all out and get a really powerful motor w/ a lot of torque. probably something along the line of an sbc.

i guess i always want the biggest
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...&category=33615 http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...sspagename=WDVW kinda interested in this build up myself. takes allot of guts and know how to even think about tackling a project like this. kudos to ya man. I have seen some guys just take a summit 4link with frame rails kit and weld it all in and work well. But if you want to get real trick get a IRS rear end it will handle too. be sure you measure a ton of times ... dont want to see you driving down the highway sideways ![]() be nice if something like a wrecked WRX IRS would be the right width to slap under there, then all you would need to do is cut and weld in a driveshaft tunnel, and get yourself a custom driveshaft. Put one of the above motors in and hold on ![]() be nice if you could set the motor back so it would be balanced too. doubt you will have much room for your feet though ![]() ah what the hell just drive from the back seat ![]() anyway yeah post some pics and keep us updated. GL to ya |
