help with what? go to home depot and by some matt to biuld stregnth then finish it with clotch, Make sure you don't get any air bubbles in between the layers. Buy a can or resin and a tube of hardener and go at it.

If you need step by step directions on how to fiberglass, than you should have this done by a pro. I would not recomend a diy for a novice.

For building custom fiberglass enclosures you?re going to need to buy a few things. First go out and buy a sheet of 3/4 MDF this will be like 20 for a huge sheet. While you?re at home depot buy two cans of resin it will come with the hardener. Next go to a fabric store and buy some fleece. Bet a good amount. Next buy some fiberglass cloth and then some body filler and finally some finish filler. As you can see this isn't going to be a cheap project. Cut out two circle rings that will mount the speaker and screw then together to make the mounting surface 1.5" deep. Then you?re going to need to know how you want it to sit then support it with a mount on each side. Next stretch the fleece over the whole setup really tight and staple it down, mix up some resin and cover everything. Makes sure you get the resin to soak all the way thru and don't mix it to hot because your going need it to stay wet long enough to lay the next layer. Once it?s covered stretch another piece of fleece over and repeat until you meet your required thickness. MAKE SURE YOU DON"T GET ANY BUBBLES BETWEEN THE LAYERS!!!!!. Once you have met your required depth let it dry for like 2 days. Go over everything with 80 grit sands paper and then lay 3 layers of fiberglass cloth. Again let the dry for a day or two after that just finish it up like a normal piece of body work. I've done this twice in my civic; the first time was a complete disaster and took me 3 months to clean all the shit out of my trunk. The second time was alot better. Either way make sure you leave all you widows open in the car and if possible get a respirator. Gloves glove glove, you?re going to need alot. Good luck and post some pic's!!
