My new Honda LX, which i have to say only cost me 150 bucks, needs help. I have had it around 6 months and have only managed to strip the inside and clean it. I need to do much more for it. I need some advice and an estimate of how much it would cost to get this thing going again. I'll post the problems that it has later. It runs fine and it doesn't smoke while its going down the rode its really just the cosmetics and a few mechanical problems. My brother is sort-of a self taught mechanic and he has been looking at it and its his project this summer. I just need some help from you guys to help him get it rolling good.

Welcome to Civicland!

There's no way to tell what your restoration is going to cost without a very very very detailed list of what's wrong with it.

Welcome, i restored my 98 ex sedan last summer, probably cost around 800-900 for all the parts (including paint), and i bought it for 2k, so it was def. worth it. We only did exterior bodywork though, not interior. But if you need some help, I'm sure I can give you some pointers.

Good luck.
