Default new to the seen

well this is my first honda and im loving it i bought a 1992 civic with body kit and small system for 800.00 heck i liked it so much i went out and bought my wife 1 friday lol but i do want the engine comp to match the look so any suggestions would be nice

welcome to the boards. First of all, got any pics? painting the engine bay is kind of a pain, unless you're already doing a swap and taking the engine out.

got any good suggestions on engines i wont be happy till i have between 400hp and 500hp so i need to figure out what block to start with

wow 400-500hp is a lot in a fwd civic... but for that any b-series built will do... I'd recommend a gsr motor (b18c1) for that much hp.
