well, im completely fucked.

So i got to the dmv or whatever.. set up a court date for my ticket. Im not about to pay for that shit.. it wasnt my fault. For those of you who dont know or dont remember.. i got into a car accident a little over a week ago. Not my fault.. but i was given the ticket because Florida sucks ass. Anyhow.. i wasnt insured.. so it all comes out of my pocket to fix my moms car... im guessing roughly $4-5000. Not exactly cheap. So i get home.. and grab the mail.. see some paperwork from my moms insurance company.. so i open it up... turns out, that Mr. Jean Faustin (hmmm.. how did i know this fucking haitians name was gonna be Jean??) claims he was injured in the accident. Seemed fine to me. Never mentioned anything to the trooper covering the accident. Never asked to be checked out my paramedics. So guess what.. that means the immigrant haitian motherfucker is going to end up suing me. So now im gonna be sued.. and my mom is in the process of being sued. She got into an accident with some other haitians. Anyone seeing a pattern here? Granted it was her fault. So she gets a call a few weeks after hers.. saying the other people are suing. Apparently the child is/was suffering from major trauma of some sort. So shes getting sued for $15000, and me? Who knows yet. Probably not much different. And this fucking rental car i have to pay for while my moms car is in the shop.. is costing me a shitload of money. Since when the fuck did a regular, economy class rental car cost $800 for 2 weeks? Last time we rented a car.. it was like $180 for a week. WTF?? The shitty part is.. more then a week later.. they havent even started to fix her car. So one weeks of the rental is up... and i know her car is gonna take atleast 3 weeks to fix..
i mean.. i know life isnt supposed to be easy.. but wtf is this shit? seriously? Ive always been a good,decent, honest, polite and courteous person. So why the fuck do i get the shit end of the stick? I wish there was some way to prove this shithead was lying about being injured. I know hes not. Fucking haitian! God i hate them!

This whole situation sucks man.. I feel ur pain.. im at a loss with my car because some fucktard decided to crash into it while it was park and leave his vehicle there and run away.. and now im in the process of suing him for 3K
