This Place Is Dead!

it think what happened is this guy stumbled across our board a few weeks ago. brought some dead threads back to life where he didn't really post any new information or contribute for future reference. therefore some members/mods gave him some crap about it even though it is probably our fault for the threads never getting locked to begin with.

now a week or two later he still holds a grudge towards civicland because we initially rejected him, so he comes back and says 'the new board i go to is way better than this one'.

it is kinda' like your girlfriend dumping you and the next time you see her you want her to know that you have moved on to a new girlfriend that is better than the ex ever was (whether it is true or not).

yeah, it is a childish thing to do but no more childish than us calling him names.

i'm sure clubcivic is a cool site w/ good people just like us. some people just prefer the smaller forums out there, both have their advantages.
