Found out today that a guy I know is selling an 89 Turbo supra. The car doesnt look too bad. Could use a fresh paint job and some new seats, but other than that its great. Hes asking 2000 but said he would sell it too me for 1500. Im seriously thinking about buying it. The motor has only 40,000.

Do you guys think that would be a smart move?

Fun cars.. tough cars.. like anything it has some weak points but once those are addressed no problems
