Bill of Sale

For the consideration of $4,800, Dae Guen Yi, of 6875 SW 171st Ave Aloha, OR 97007, does hereby sell, assign and transfer to Joshua Allan XXXX, of XXX xxx Hollow Ct. XXXX XX, the following described goods: a b18c1 motor (including gsr head, fuel rail, injectors, starter motor, fully built 2.0 liter gsr block, gsr ecu, gsr wire harness, vtec solenoid, fuel pressure regulator, alternator, distributor, all sensors, and hoses), gsr axles, gsr intake manifold (with throttle body), gsr transmission, a Turbonetics t3/t4 turbocharger (including turbo manifold, downpipe, intercooler, all turbo/intercooler piping, and hoses), a Vortech FMU, and an MSD fuel pump.

Seller warrants and represents that Seller has good title to said property, has full authority to sell and transfer same, and that said goods are being sold free and clear of all liens, encumbrances, liabilities and adverse claims of every nature and description.

Seller has no knowledge that the items sold are defective in any regard, and believes such items are fit for the purpose for which they are intended.

If any legal action or proceeding arising out of, or relating to, this sale of goods is brought by either Buyer or Seller, the prevailing party as determined by the Court shall be entitled to receive from the non-prevailing party, in addition to any other relief that may be granted, reasonable attorney?s fees, costs and expenses incurred in the action or proceeding by the prevailing party.

This Bill of Sale is entered into on this 25 day of November, 2003.

Yes, now that i have it, i regret buying something already built. Plus its been sitting for so long, im going to rebuild it anyway. Im selling half the crap i did buy, and upgrading, or switching to something else. IE: selling the turbonetics, buying an sc61, getting rid of the rev hard manifold (was supposed to get an equal lenght) and getting an equal length. I got a dif harness and going to run a p28 with hondata, and am basically starting from scratch anyway. for buying a built motor.... should have just done it myself. This is what being impatient gets you..

damn.. good luck.

Personally(and like it was said on here before I would try and contact her client and explain to them the situation, tell them that the site may be going down because of non payment and they may pressure the lady to pay you.

if I were to do that they could easily change the password. On top of that it gives her a reason to counter sue me.
