Has any here ever sued someone in small claims court?
There is a woman I did freelance web design for about two months ago that has never made the final payment for the website. I'd rather not take her to small claims court but I've got all the time in the world. I always wanted to be a lawyer and have a ton of contractual evidence. This could almost be fun. |

Judge Judy SUCKS. I hate that show. It's not about cases, it's about an old catty bitch who likes to talk down to people all day long. My girlfriend loves it.

judge judy rocks! well back in the day when i used to watch it. i loved how she talked to the diliquents that walked into the courtroom.
How long has it been since the last payment was due? Is it specifically written in a contract? If it's been awhile I'd totally sue. I'm with you on wanting to be a lawyer. That was my "dream" job growing up. I was going to go to Yale and become some great lawyer. lol so much for that dream coming true. |

i like judge judy when she tell's people their trash thats about it.. any other time i can't stand it..
aaron i nailed someone for 250 bones once small claims court works man.. esp if their outta state or it's just a big hassle for them to come to you.. they usually just pay it. no way you can take down the chicks site? |
