i heard on the radio this morning that the car insurance ratings are in and once again NJ has the highest insurance rate. I think they siad these were based on 2002 premiums, but NJ is 44% higher than the national average. over $1100 compared to $700 for the national average. people were calling in and saying how much they pay. One guy has 42 insurance points and pays over $7k a year for one car. He must have been in a hell of a lot of accidents. I don't even know how he still has a license.
