Man this is some of the biggest bull shit ever. For months now, they have been pushing us to produce more and more and cut down on the wait time that we have in between calls. Every month we do this. We meet the goals that they set, but never get any benefit from it like raises, bonus', gifts, shit like that(well actually read below). It is sad that our small dept helped the company reach the highest ever funding rate of 3.1 billion last month from purchase leads, and customer retention(mind you we are the smallest in our company at 30 agents--8 purchase and 22 floaters) Sure that doesn't compare the the 7.8 billion that the refinance agents were able to produce but still a good chunk of the pie.

Well they actually did try to do something nice and asked us what we would like for agent appreciation week(something they made up). We all asked for at least one day to wear jeans to work(more relaxing)--didn't get that, asked for a meal to be catered in--got cold hot dogs, cold chili, and un melted cheese. They said they were going to be giving out american express gift cards at random, so far only team leaders and management have gotten them(hmm very random there)

Ok the info is bold is absolute bullshit. His fucking bonus is a direct reflection on how good our dept does on saving money and making money.

Team,
I'm emailing you with great excitement. We are on the verge of having our best month ever in almost every category! Let me give you an idea:
Revenue:
The best TPH rate that we have ever had on Refinance Telemarketing is a 3.35, which we did last month. We are on track to do a 3.40 this month.
The best TPH rate that we have ever had on HELOC Telemarketing was a 2.45, which was done in November of last year. With a little bit of improvement, we will beat that this month.
CCU - if we can do an average of 46.2 transfers/day, (which we can do) we will have the most transfers that we have ever had. (AND These are Purchase Transfers!)
Easy Rate - if we can do 14.8 loans/day we will beat our most ever, which was 276 in the month of May. (This is phenomenal, as interest rates have shot up)
Costs:
Purchase concierge, you guys have been keeping wait times to 10 hrs/day and keeping abandon rates low! This is remarkable. By you jumping into the refinance queue, you are enabling us to put more people on outbound, thus creating more revenue for the company. I can not stress enough the impact you guys have on the business.
So what's all this mean to you guys? Hopefully what it means to me - which is pride and satisfaction. I don't get a dime for having the best TPH or the highest number of Easy Rate loans, or keeping wait time low, etc. Simply seeing what we have accomplished gives me tremendous pride and satisfaction. Just to know that we have created a great deal of profit for the company makes me extremely happy. Look around; all around you companies are struggling to keep their heads above water and the employees get the worst of it - job insecurity, cut in pay, etc. We have the great opportunity to give so much to our company and we are doing it.
Guys - we have 2 and half weeks left in the month. Please join me. We are about to make some serious noise.
thanks.[/b]

Same thing here, our department saved something over 8 million dollars. Have I seen a penny of it on my check?........ Nope not yet.

Well if this is the complain about our employer time then
let me tell you all waht happened to me today!
I went into work and had to have an interview with LP and I felt like the guy was gonna tie me to the chair and torture me! I was completly honest with the guy and NOW I have been suspended until further notice and I can't do anything about it! They are trying to blame me for a $212 shortage when there were 4 other people on the drawer I was on this is the worst BS ever!

This is somenthign that happens to everyine..
A few yrs back I was a restaurant manager at a company here in Texas..(J.Deli)
I took a new spot in the catering serviceds department I had about 25 people under me(mind you, I was 18 at the time) and they sent me to a shitty store in the med center, I worked 14-16 hours a day for about 6-8 months, Brought Catering services form 20 orders a day to about 100+ during LUNCH alone, Made about 35-40% of hte stores income and incresed the bottom line by about 20%, Everyone was gettiung a nice bonus check at that store which they never had gotten before, From then on J. Deli in houston began creating a position on every store as a catering manager, Regional owners "liked" me and the owner knew me by name..all was good right?
NO, I was getting 285.00/week NO over time and when I asked for a raise they buckled me down to a second assistant, whats worse I had trained several other people on how to run that side of the store and I ended up taking orders form one of the most incompetent fools ever!
So I decided to quit and go back to school and now one of the regional managers that "liked" me ended up taking credit for all of the notes and pointersI came up with and compiled them into a manual....Farkers!
Imstill get pissed when I think about it
