Don't sneeze! lol

I was standing at work marking off some paperwork. I went to lean over and my allergies got the best of me. I let out this huge sneeze, stood back up straight and felt this sharp, killing pain go down my back.

I'm thinkin wtf? then I tried to breathe in deep and couldn't get more than a half breath. At this point I got a little scared, kinda felt like I blew something in my lungs or something.

So I had to write an incident report and left work early to go to redimed. Turns out I pulled a muscle in my back, on the left upper side between my shoulder blades.

As I was sittin in the waiting room I could feel a huge lump on my back, I actually knotted that muscle pretty badly.

Working 60-70 hours a week, I do lots of bending, lifting and walking and I've never hurt myself like this... until I sneezed! haha

So I got some muscle relaxers and 500mg aspirins, and I had today off so I could relax and let it unknot.

Never thought I'd sneeze and pull a muscle at 22 years old. Even minor things put life into perspective, especially when you still have tons of things you want to accomplish.

yeah, it's spread through 7 days though.

7-8 hours mon-fri + 7.5 extra hours about 3 days through the week. That's about 14-15 hours on three days through the week, and oddly enough I am more awake on 4 hours of sleep than I am on eight.

14.5 hrs saturday, 4 hours on sunday.

It's a crazy stressful life, and I've done 80 hour weeks before at two different physically demanding jobs without problem.

I had today off by doctors orders, but I can't afford to take a break. the money from my 3rd shift job will put me well over the top of my bills. I can get shit paid off and get back into college for auto mechanics. That way I can work 40 hours a week and make twice as much money.

I hope to have my own mechanics shop within 5-7 years from now.
