Are Mcgard wheel locks the best wheel locks available? Is there a significant advantage to having locks w/ different keys on all for 4 lug nuts of each wheel?...

Different keys = a pain for you when you have to take a wheel off. Even with locks, if they want it, they'll get it. Locks just slow them down/deter them.

how do they get mcgard locks off, i've only heard of one way to do it and it would take a lot to time + some money, especially if there were 4 of them on each wheel.

That too. Or a chisel/flathead and a hammer.
