I don't believe this.
I simply cannot believe they fucked my order up. I waited patiently since July 30th when my order was placed and processed until today, August 24th when my Exhaust finally showed up. I have an email from July 30th stating that I purchased: Quote:

Now, I had to have this shipped to my dads office, and the box was huge. I couldn't have just popped it in the dumpster, so it got torn up to fit in. Now I have the WRONG exhaust and no box to ship it BACK so they can get my order RIGHT. I sent them an email and I'll be calling the place tomorrow to figure out how to make them pay to fix their fuckup. |

belongs in the vendor review section, but that does suck.. Call em up and chew em out, thats all you can do.

that sucks man but what can ya do. i've had the same thing happen to me several times. definitely a huge pain in the ass.

Ok so I just got a call from someone at Driftspeed. Talking it over when driftspeed got the package in it was in the correct box, as was the reason I took no notice of it before I took it out and got it home.
Driftspeed wasn't at fault, RS*R put the wrong exhaust in the correct box. So it's RS*Rs fault. He also explained to me that the reason it took 25 days to ship was because their UPS setup had gone down for the count. I know this can happen, because well I'm a phone man and have had to go and fix this problem in a few customers locations. I still wish they had called me before hand to let me know of this. Anyway, the guy at driftspeed gave me a number to call Derek at RS*R to try and get this straightened out, and I'm just about to call now. edit: I never noticed the vendor review section on this site, mods please move this whenever you want. |

It should. I called RS*R and Derek wasn't in so I talked to like three people there. They said that Ivan had left for the day so they'll call me first thing in the morning on Monday (11 my time). If they don't call by 12:30ish I'll be calling them on lunch. Hopefully I'll figure out a way to get it shipped back so I can get my Exmag soon.
