maaan i havent seen a tower ina long time. not since high school anyway. I used to use that all the time probably because for me anyway it required the least effort
i wouldnt mind having one at home, its kinda fun lol. im thinking about trying pilates after my 6 week sentence is up. anyone already do pilates? good? bad? hard? strenuous?

Lower abs: Hanging leg raises, lying leg raises, and another one where you lay on your back, hands under your butt, legs straight up, and you push your feet straight up using your ab muscles. The key to a stronger lower back is strong abs. If you want abs to show, diet and cardio are more key than ab workouts.
