So this guy is sitting in a SUV at a red light and im coming up behind him... It appears as if hes going to either to go straight or whatever... doesnt have his indicators on or anything... I want to make a right turn so i pull up on the right of him and stop at the red light and about to make the turn if noone is coming.. The light suddenly turns green and he decides he wants to make a right!! In the same direction i was going!!! I didnt even get to drive off and he ripped the front bumper all off my car.. Messed up the bumper support and my corner light is fucked... Glass all over the floor and so is my bumper now...

Turns out the guy is an exec from my job but he didnt offer to pay for anything we have to go through insurance...

FUCK!

I dont have any pics cause i dont have a digi cam...

that fuckin blows.. Id try harder and tell him look, I really dont feel like going through all this shit and to just pay up..

If not, then I guess you will just have to have the insurance take care of it. But damn that would piss me off.

Well, the good news is, its not that hard or $$ to repleace.. it will cost you more to paint them, then it will to buy them. I just bought a brand new OEM bummper 70$ and then a new bumper bar is only 40$ headlights i got for real cheap.. 30$ *check ebay*

yeah sorry for your loss man... a while ago, when I first started driving, some dude pulled out of a parking space in a parking lot and hit the driver's side rear wheel of my 1990 pontiac 6000... Then, we get a call from my insurance company saying that he tried to tell them it was MY fault... The nerve of some people... I was past him and he backed into me. Oh well, it was only a little damage, and I didn't want my insurance to go up forever, so I let it go. I'd try to settle out of the insurance companies' hands, and if that doesn't work I'd just fix it on my own... but that's just me...
