found out my top secret clearance FINALLY came through. Record time. 5 months. I'll be headed back to the FBI tomorrow. Working from my house for 5 months has it's perks but damn i've got bad cabin fever.

found out my first payment for our house isnt until dec 1 (although we technically own it tomorrow. We thought our first payment was on well.. tomorrow. Since the sellers are post occupying the place for an additional month. This means we will have an additional 2k that we didnt think we would have)

Also found out that we are getting an additional 4k from the sellers (i thought it was 3k) in addition to the post occupancy rent. An extra 1g is always good.

60 inch plasma?

Dang, must be nice. Id buy a nice new set of rims instead of a tv though, and just dont tell the wife about the extra grand and were the rims came from. imo. but if thats what you want a 60 inch would be sweet.

Awesome. So..uhh...could you get my ticket reversed? lol. Do they have PBA-like cards for the FBI? I would love to work from home. I'd never get out of my pajamas!

60 in plasma sounds nice, although I'd probably go for one smaller...more like 42. And I'd get another ReplayTV and surround sound speakers.

yes, when buying a house, the first payment is due 45 days after purchase, and then on the first or 15th of the month, whichever is closest. basically your closing costs pay your taxes and insurance for that first 45 days, and that's it!

I moved into my house for $275.08 on Sept 19th, and don't owe a dime until nov 1st.

holy crap... i been here a month

You should look at DLP screens before buying a plasma.
