So I've been sick for like the past two weeks! I went to the doctor to get some shots for my new job two weeks ago and I got so sick. I don't know if it was off the shots, or what, but whatever it was from it's been horrible. I was hoping to start my new job today, but since I'm still sick I guess I still have to wait until tomorrow, and that's if I'm feeling a better. Man, talk about body aches! Ouch!

Me too i started getting sick firday night and by unday morning i was sick as shit, i took today off and layed on the couch all day. About ot go back to sleep in a few so i can get up for work in the am.

Just got home from a workout and I'm ready to pass out. I feel alot better that earlier, or this weekend. I have been drinking lots of orange juice, and have also been taking vitamin c pills. I've been drinking lots of ginseng tea and somehow it makes me feel better, I mean I don't feel all muscle achy anymore. I don't know what the ginseng does exactly, but it gives me the energy I need to keep me out of bed. I'm looking forward to work tomorrow.
Oh yeah, what is Enchinacea?

manzanilla tea! (chamomille) thats what my moms says cures anything lol

My baby got sick 2 weeks ago, last week she got better but passed it to my daughter, and well this week i guess was my turn, it started on thursday and by Friday i was sick as i could be

coricidin, tylenol, and dayquill = better by Monday!

I still have some phlegm :ugh: and cough but no fever, and body aches

Yeah the flu sucks. I stopped getting flu shots because when i did, i would get the flu. no shot, no flu so i'm sticking with that.

Yes I argee, Echinacea is very good to take when sick! My mom is a health freak, and I take that crap all the time, plus tons of other stuff... I only get sick with the flu once a year, if that. But for people who dont know what Echinacea is, here is a site with information on it. http://www.kcweb.com/herb/echin.htm

I felt alot better this morning, so I went to work. Since my immune system is probably at its weakest point right now, I'll have to go look for some Echinacea.
