so im driving my girls car last night cause i pushed a bear outta the cave and the hole said F you and stopped.. so off to walmart for a plunger i go...

anyway it was drizzling so im kinda pissed so im driving kinda hot and i go around a turn and punch the gas.. and drifted the cherrokee :-D

anyway lol i was wondering she has 2WD 4WD and part time 4WD

which is easier on the motor and on gas.. i know nothing about 4wd.. just wondering

2WD is easier on the gas cause its only putting power to the rear two wheels. I believe part-time 4WD is electronically controlled and senses when the rear two tires slip and engages the front two, some friends i know that have it , always keep it in that mode just in case , usually in the rain.

JD is right, 2wd is easier on gas. The reason is that you are not losing extra power due to drive train.
