Hey Toxis...
Theres a few reasons why this forum's been suffering, most of it due to search engine issues, but I'll give you a potted history: I took over the forum and immediately moved the site from IPB Forum software to vbulletin, this instantly killed all the url's in google's search engine. I sort of hoped google would just re-include the site but I waited five months because I desperately didn't want to move to a new url. After waiting so long, I decided to move the site, so now it's at http://www.civicland.com/forum The site is now getting indexed heavily by Google and has gone from 30ish visitors a day to around 300ish. This is only going to go up. Post count is increasing along with this activity. I don't think it'll be too long before this is a thriving community again. |

I have to say, I'd like to see it flurish. Being one of the original owners, I still have a little bit of a soft spot for ol' CL. I kinda miss the old days and all the old members (excluding a few!). I'd like to see it get big again.
Not to mention, the site could use an overhaul on design and styling. BORING!! The forums need to be condensed or better explained what is what too.
