sprint still has lousy customer service and a crappy website. i was using pay by check online about 4 months ago and missed a digit on my banks routing number. after a few days i noticed my they never took money out of my account. so i called them, they said my routing # was off so i paid by my bill (way ahead of time) w/ my debit card.
well next month rolls around and i go online to pay by check and see that it's been disabled and i can only pay by credit/debit card. no biggie, i go to pay w/ me credit card and it's declined through the web because my address on my card doesn't match their billing address. my address is in this form: RT 123 Box 456 Paris, TX 75462 but they won't accept it because it has the word box in it and they think it's a P.O. Box. so they have my address as being. 456 Paris, TX 75462 anyways, for the last 4 months i've had to call in my debit card and let them run it manually (which takes like 20 minutes). |

What I don't get is I had a phone 7 years ago that offered phone to phone text messaging for free! Why can't they offer that now?

On a side note what are a couple of the sites that you can use to convert an MP3 to a ring tone? |

Erik, take the wav file and drag and drop it right into the purevoice program(don't try double clicking it cause that does nothing) once you drop it onto that program it will spit out a new file with teh same name .qcp instead of .wav.

This is teh file format that the wav file must be to work as a qcp file
PCM 8.000 kHz, 16 Bit, Mono Give me a bit and I will get you a link to a great program that will let you convert the wav into that format then you can convert the wav into a qcp file.
